Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FaxFast ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

FaxFast provides an online fax service: a dedicated fax number and the ability to send and receive fax documents through a web dashboard and email notifications.

2. Subscription and billing

The Service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as described in section 4.

3. Fax numbers

Your fax number is assigned automatically within the area code you select and remains yours while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, or a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, the number is released and cannot be recovered. Numbers are provided for your use and are not sold or transferable.

4. Delivery and refunds

We retry failed transmissions automatically. Pages from faxes that fail to deliver are not counted against your plan. Because a fax's delivery depends on the receiving party's line, we cannot guarantee that any particular fax will be received; the Service fee covers the number and transmission capacity, not a specific outcome.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes the number of pages shown at checkout per month, sent and received combined. If you need more, contact support. We may temporarily pause sending on accounts far exceeding their limit.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited advertising (junk faxes), threats, illegal content, or anything that violates the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar laws. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your content

Documents you send or receive belong to you. We store them so you can access them in your dashboard and delete them on request or when your account closes.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.
